Simple junk journal spread ideas for beginners

Easy prompts to romanticise your life (July tea time podcast) πŸ““πŸ«–πŸŒ»

Hello loves,

Junk journaling has been my savour during these warm summer days.

Closing the blinds, making a cool drink and setting out my craft materials has become a quiet ritual that allows me to gently explore my creativity with no expectations.

One of the biggest hurdles in starting a junk journal is not knowing what to journal about. I’m sure I’m not the only one who has been intimidated by a blank page!

So, for this month’s tea time video, I thought I’d share some easy spread ideas that are perfectly suited for beginners or could equally be useful prompts if you’re feeling creatively stumped.

I’ve included a range of different spreads that can be adapted to suit you and can all be completed with limited time and materials.

The perfect low energy frugal hobby if you are finding the outside world a bit warm this month!

So grab yourself a refreshing drink and lets chat journaling πŸ’š
